We now control our own heat as we have brand new gas piping to roof top units, a new gas meter installed, and the gas is on. The same units will also control the air-conditioning. Gone are the days of begging the University to please come over and turn our heat on as we tried to work with gloves on. All those little space heaters from home can now return to their proper place.
