Join us on Monday, April 7, from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM (Eastern Time) for a Zoom webinar led by Dr. David Tarus on Being Different: Imago Dei in Light of Disability in Africa.

Societal stigma and harmful theological perspectives often marginalize individuals with disabilities. In this webinar, Dr. Tarus will explore these challenges and advocate for a more inclusive understanding of the Imago Dei that affirms the inherent dignity and worth of all people, regardless of ability. Drawing from his recently published book, Disability Inclusion in Africa: From Harmful to Life-Giving Theologies (Langham), he will highlight the need for theological, ecclesial, and educational frameworks that fully honour the dignity of God’s people. Join us for this important conversation on disability inclusion in Africa and the role of theology in shaping a more just and inclusive society.

This free webinar is open to all who are interested in this topic. This session will be recorded and emailed to participants following the webinar.
