Over 150 McMaster University students made their way through Hurlburt Hall for last night’s Christmas Coffee House hosted by MDC and the Christian Unity Group. Representing a variety of Christian groups throughout campus, from the McMaster Gospel Choir to the Veritas Forum, groups and individuals performed, mingled, and participated in the night’s activities. It was a great event full of food, fellowship, rememberance as we welcomed in the season and celebrated the birth of Jesus! “Nowhere else on campus could you find three wild west wise men, a transiberian tribute band, acoustic rock sprinkled with spoken word, and the unity of God’s people pointing to the Glory of a God incarnate. The Christmas Coffee House was a perfect picture of people finding joy because light shines in our darkness.” – Chandler Horne, 3rd year M.Div. student
