The Bingham Colloquium is an annual biblical studies conference endowed in honour of Baptist leader and pastor H.H. Bingham.
This year’s Bingham Colloquium will take place at MDC from June 4-5, 2020. The theme is “Explaining How the Original Means: The Roles of Linguistics, Translation, and Exegesis in Biblical Language Pedagogy.” The theme has been framed broadly enough to encompass a range of topics that factor into how students should be taught to understand and apply their knowledge of the biblical languages. Participants are invited to submit a maximum 250 word abstract, due March 31, 2020 to cblte@mcmaster.ca.
