Incoming DPT student, Heather Card, has published a new article entitled, “Pastoral Performance Reviews: Canadian Research and Faith-Infused Best Practices”. The article describes churches best (and worst) practices in the process of evaluating senior pastors and gives theological principles to guide this process.
