Please complete this form at least two weeks before the language exam will take place. Please note that any requests for language exams to take place between June 15 and September 1 must be received by June 1. Language exams are generally booked from Wednesdays to Fridays, starting no earlier than 9:00 am and ending no later than 3:00 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays and 1:30 pm on Fridays. Although students are encouraged to request certain dates and times, the Registrar will make the final decision on when the language exam will take place, based on proctor and room availability.
