International Conference on Baptist Studies

McMaster Divinity College is hosting the International Conference on Baptist Studies on August 4–7, 2027.
ICOBS (International Conference on Baptist Studies) is a triennial conference dedicated to the study of Baptist history and thought.
Scholars from all over the world have been participating in ICOBS since our first conference at Oxford University in 1997. It has become a premier global gathering of scholars and students of Baptist Studies.
The theme for this conference is “Baptists and Authority,” and will be hosted in-person at McMaster Divinity College in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada on August 4–7, 2027.
