Submission of your proposal for preliminary review by the VPA does not guarantee your proposal will be reviewed at the next faculty meeting. The Preliminary VPA review may take up to one week from the date of submission. It is the responsibility of the student to allow for processing time in order to finalize the proposal for submission to the faculty meeting (Step 3 form) by the relevant deadline. It is also the responsibility of the student to incorporate any feedback from the VP Academic in the final revision of the proposal submitted to faculty.
