$50,000–$62,500 annually
Bayview Glen Church is seeking a Missions Director to provide leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on coordination for local and global missions initiatives. Reporting to the Care and Missions Pastor, this role will help develop, implement, and oversee outreach strategies that reflect the love and truth of Jesus in our local community and around the world.
The Missions Director will equip teams, build partnerships, coordinate missions programs, and mobilize the church to live on mission with excellence, compassion, and impact. A key part of this role includes the development and oversight of food security programs that address practical needs in the community while creating opportunities for gospel-centred engagement, dignity, and relationship.
The ideal candidate is a spiritually mature, organized, and people-oriented leader with experience in ministry leadership, volunteer coordination, non-profit work, community outreach, or a related field. They will bring strong communication, project management, and team-building skills, along with a passion for serving vulnerable individuals and communities.
