Master’s College & Seminary (MCS) is seeking a full-time Associate Director of Student Engagement to serve on-campus in Mississauga starting July 2026. This faculty role plays a key part in shaping student life and ministry formation across MCS and Horizon through discipleship, mentorship, and leadership development.

The successful candidate will oversee the Ministry Formation program, support student engagement initiatives, and help cultivate a vibrant, Christ-centred community for students across Canada—including those connected through Church Hubs. Ideal applicants bring strong ministry experience, pastoral care, and a passion for developing the next generation of Spirit-empowered leaders.

Statement of Theological Positions (up to one page): Explain your personal view regarding women in ministry leadership and the ways in which your views do or do not fit with the PAOC’s Statement of Essential Truths and Positions and Practices (articles 5-6 in the General Constitution and By-Laws, p. 4-8).
  6. Oral presentation examples: links to videos of recorded class lectures, sermons, or other presentations.
