Faith formation in young adults
Act Five, Hamilton, ON is seeking an Executive Director to continue to shape our compelling model of Christian formation for young adults. Beginning as a collaboration among five Christian high schools and launching as a pilot project with Redeemer University, Act Five has grown into an independent charitable organization governed by its own Board of Directors. The Executive Director serves as our external voice, leads fundraising efforts, and provides organizational leadership.
We believe in giving young adults the space, experiences, and relationships to grow deep roots in faith and life. Through community living, adventure, learning, and service, we equip young people to live faithfully wherever they are. We exist to facilitate Christian discipleship by forming young adults into engaged followers of Jesus and prepare them for life’s next steps—further education, the workplace, church communities or elsewhere.
