We invite you to join our last NT Guild meeting of this semester on the coming Monday (April 1). Dr. Ryder Wishart will be sharing on the topic: Strategies to Collect, Filter, Evaluate, and Use Data for Dissertation Writing. Dr. Wishart is our alumnus. He has an impressive CV and is currently working as a Software Developer, Linguist, and Scholar with Biblica. He is going to demonstrate how to use large language models for data analysis. We expect your active participation in the discussion to learn about using digital tools for data collection and analysis for our research projects. We hope that such a discussion will be helpful to all those who are at any stage of their dissertation writing and beyond. I encourage you to prepare pertinent questions and to join the meeting in person or via Zoom.

MDC’s New Testament (NT) Guild is a monthly meeting open to all faculty and students studying or interested in New Testament at MDC. The NT Guild gives everyone an opportunity to meet outside our regular curriculum to discuss various topics concerning being a good NT scholar. Topics include: NT studies, theological education, scholarship, job market and job application, professional developments, and many more.
