Professor of Christian History and Director of the Canadian Baptist Archives, Dr. Gord Heath, is this year’s guest lecturer for the Andrew Fuller Centre for Baptist Studies Annual Lecture happening online Friday, October 29 at 7:30pm. His lecture, entitled, “Queen Victoria and General Gordon: Heroes in the Age of Empires” will focus on two prominent historical figures during the British Empire’s late-nineteenth century, Queen Victoria and Major-General Charles George Gordon.
