Dr. Gordon Heath has been the recipient of two grants to travel to archives for historical research:The first of these grants is the Dr. Stephen Speisman Bursary from the Ontario Jewish Archives at Blankenstein Family Heritage Centre. Gord will travel here in order to research Canadian Jews and their attitudes to the South African War.The second, the Lynn E. May Study Grant from the Southern Baptist Historical Library and Archives, will allow Heath to research American Baptist reporting on the Armenian Genocide, 1915-1919.Dr. Heath, as well as MDC, would like to thank these organizations for their generosity. Heath will be travelling to the mentioned archives in the coming months to complete his research.
