Unfortunately, we hit our first rather significant glitch. When digging, we hit an old abandoned steam line tunnel and have had to use additional effort to remove and soon to backfill the new water main in the area of this tunnel. This was something unforeseeable, much like the weather that has slowed us down as the roofers have a difficult time working when it is raining and too cold. We hope to gain back some time, but are looking forward to better weather and no more undocumented tunnels!
